THE OWNER IS VEGETARIAN and lives here so she is keen to find someone who does not need to cook meat. (Packaged and cooked cold meat kept in the fridge is OK).

2 mins. walk to river Thames, 7 mins walk to John Lewis and Curzon cinema in the Westgate Centre, 8 mins walk to City Centre, 20 mins walk along the river to Oxford train station.

Downstairs cloakroom, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, new fridge freezer, new induction cooker. Share large sitting room with owner. (Owner has private bathroom on 2nd floor).

Residents' parkng permit available from the Council.
