Hello, I'm a living-in landlord, I am Engender working in the tech field, the advantage is that the house is well taken care.

I am looking for someone clean and well organized, the vibe of the house is quite and chill so the same will be expected from you.

We don't do parties in the house.

Rent - Can be paid weekly or monthly
Deposit - 5 weeks

King size bed, new house, quite, clean, tidy, 3 minutes from shops / bus stop, free parking, garden, all bills included

The rooms is big and have a nice big built-in wardrobe with King Size Bed and fairly new firm mattress, include 2 drawers

The area is beautiful and safe, hardly ever you can hear any noise, super convenient location, if you have a car you can park in street for free.

Important, no cooking curry, sea food, deep fry, or other strong smell food.

Garden - We have a nice garden surrounded by fence/walls, beside there is a gate where you can walk in with your bicycle and lock it safely
