- we prefer the mature lodger's age is 20 yrs up, no pet and no smoker, who is clean, tidy and do not spend too much time of cooking.
- the payment is £700 per month payable in advance and £800 deposit, inc all bills and free one cleaning per month
- reference need as the passport and the letter from University or Employment and previously householder or housemate
- the share areas are the bathroom, lavatory, utility room, kitchen, dining room, wifi and garden [we can not offer living room but we provide the tv inside the room]
