Secure bike storage is also available and the room has fitted wardrobes/storage. Council tax is band C (in Vale of White Horse so cheaper than Kennington/Oxford). Superfast, unlimited fibre broadband (BT) and Netflix included.
Would prefer a female as the other housemate is female. She is a non-smoker and work shifts so looking for someone who will be respectful of this. Open to pets (there will be an additional pet deposit in this case), but not cats as current tenant is allergic.
The house is situated on the border of Kennington/Radley on an attractive, quiet estate, which has easy links to London, Oxford and Abingdon. The bus stop to Oxford/Abingdon is 2 mins walk away and buses come every 20 minutes. Radley train station is a 20 minute walk, or 5 mins on the bus. Central Oxford is an easy 15 minute cycle along the river. Proof bakery/coffee shop and country pub (Kings Arms at Sandford) are within easy walking distance.
