Part time (Mon-Fri) - King ensuite for female

You would be lodging with me (34F) and my dog in a 2 bed house with 2 bathrooms.

I am open to all ages but you will need to be a professional or full-time researcher/academic, female, clean and tidy, non smoking, non vaping, and like dogs. I speak English and some French so speaking one of those ideally!

The house is in Radley/Kennington on a quiet estate on cycle route 5 and bus route 35. It takes me 25 mins to cycle to Jericho from my house, or 15 to Folly Bridge. The bus takes 16 minutes from Pebble Hill to Police Station, dependant on traffic. You could store a bike here, and there's free parking. Slow charging available for a fee.

The river is 5-10 mins walk down the lane to Sandford Lock and the very popular Proof Social Bakehouse <5 mins walk.

I work Mon-Fri '9 to 5' and so the house is quiet overnight (at least 11pm to 6am, if not longer). I would be happy to share with another professional or Researcher/Academic who is in Oxford to work during the week and not out late partying. I like to read, watch some TV, go to the gym, and walk my dog in the week. I do often have music or the radio on in the evening.

There will be a lodging agreement in place but not an AST. 3 months agreement, followed by a renewal if we are both happy with the arrangements. Thanks.
