Self contained Annexe for a single occupant

This spacious, studio apartment for a single professional from Monday-Friday has a separate entrance and an allocated parking space on a driveway.

The studio includes-

-en-suite bathroom with large shower
-double bed
-breakfast bar
-fridge, kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, television, hanging and drawer space.

The studio will be cleaned once a week (organised by the landlord). Bedding and towels will be provided. There is no access to a washing machine, therefore the landlord asks tenants to take washing with them at the weekend to wash laundry. They also ask for the bed to be stripped when the tenant wishes for new bedding to be provided.

The landlord owns dogs, one of which is quite bouncy, so the tenant must be comfortable around animals.
