Self-Contained Annexe for Single Professional

This let is for Monday-Friday ONLY.
This let will NOT be available between Christmas and New Year.
This spacious studio apartment for a single professional is attached to a family home. It has a separate entrance (key will be provided) and an allocated parking space on a private driveway.

The studio includes:

-en-suite bathroom with large shower
-double bed
-breakfast bar
-fridge
-kettle
-microwave oven
-coffee machine
-television and broadband
-hanging and drawer space

The studio will be cleaned once a week (organised by the landlord). Bedding will be provided when required and towels will be provided weekly. There is no access to a washing machine, therefore the landlord asks tenants to take washing with them at the weekend to wash laundry. They also ask for the bed to be stripped when required.

The landlord owns dogs, one of which is quite bouncy, so the tenant must be comfortable around animals.

The landlord asks for a minimum two week notice period if the tenant wishes for the tenancy to end.

The tenant will be asked to sign a tenancy agreement prior to acceptance.
