Double bedroom ready to rent

Homeowner looking for a housemate. Double bedroom, shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Just myself and my 2 small dogs living here, I’m a friendly, easygoing person, happy to socialise or keep ourselves to ourselves. I work pretty hard so I’m out of the house for long hours during the week days. The bus service is only every hour so it’s probably best if you drive, I have off road parking.

Bedroom is fully furnished with a built in double wardrobe.
