House has a large living / dining room area, and also comes with two shared bathrooms and a good condition garden. Room has access to the attic providing great storage for everyone. Amenities include gas hob, fridge, deep freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Energy, water, broadband, cleaners and council tax add up to approximately £140 monthly each on top of the rent. Coming in, you would be taking up the Energy and Broadband bills.

Current tenants are South African and Greek. We enjoy hanging out in the house, holding barbecues in the summer, games nights and going on nights out, but like to do our own thing as well.

Location is well connected by bus + walking routes to the City Centre and Cowley Road + free tennis courts on a 5 min walk
