Description
I'm looking for someone to take over my single room from the beginning ofJune 2021. The contract is until the end of July (with possibility to extend, with no rent increase) and the rent is £400 a month, + approx. £50 bills. The house is on 12 Chatham Road, 20-30 minute walk to the centre (or less than 10 minutes by bike). You'd be living with three lovely DPhils and a cute fluffy cat. The house has a well-furnished kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large garden.
