Hi! Are you looking for a room from September?

We are three young professionals who work for the University and we are looking for tei housemates for next year, from 1 September, for our chill, friendly, and relatively organised house in South Hinksey!

About the House:
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, and a big, open kitchen/dining/lounge and a garden. There is also an en suite garden annexe so it's one bathroom between two people in the house -- and en suite in the annexe

About the Rooms
- en-suite annexe at £750/month (not including bills). The annexe is separate from the main house and can be accessed separately. It has double bed, desk, wardrobe and storage, en-suite with shower. As well as mini fridge and microwave. The occupant of the annexe has access to the main house and can use living room, main kitchen, dining area and washing machine. Also can have access to downstairs bathroom when needed. The housemate was was here was part of the house and we cooked together and socialised as part of the main house.
- upstairs double bedroom at £620/month (not including bills). The room has a double bed, bay window, desk, built-in wardrobe and cupboards.

Two bathrooms in the main house: upstairs has a shower and downstairs has a bath with an overhead shower.
Kitchen has a washing machine and a small dishwasher (which has been great when sharing)
Back garden and annexe is accessed by locked side gate and there is small patio and bike store in the back garden.

Currently, bills are split equally and are around £100-120 a month (with council tax). The bills should be getting cheaper now fuel costs are coming down! Council tax band: D.

We will consider one student housemate, who would not have to pay council tax.

About the Area:
It's on a quiet street, Monmouth Road, which is off Abingdon Road. It is near a nice park which has an outdoor swimming pool and a lake. We sometimes go swimming in the pool — or lake when it’s hot!
There is a mini Tesco around the corner (less than 5 mins walk). 10-15 mins cycle to the city centre, bus ride or a 20-25-minute walk. There are bus stops a minute's walk away on Abingdon Road.

Housemates:
On Fridays and the weekends, we like to cook together, watch Netflix and see the sights/museums/galleries of Oxford! We occasionally have house outings to events in Oxford or further afield go out for the day in one of the housemates’ car.
We work in different areas of the University (some for colleges others in libraries and departments). One of us is Vegetarian and we make a house meal together we are happy to make veggie or vegan. LGBT-friendly.
