Due to our current lodger going travelling, we have our very large studio bedroom available again for viewings.

The room itself is available for rent from July 2nd 2025
I will be happy to show the room to potential lodgers via FaceTime if it’s initially easier.

*Please note that a non refundable deposit will be required to secure the room before I will be removing it from SpareRoom.

We have a very large fully furnished studio en-suite bedroom in a new build 4 bedroom’d home in South Moreton Village between Didcot & Wallingford, in beautiful and ideally located, South Oxfordshire.

Its fully furnished accommodation with great outlook in an off road location and its own separate entrance up a flight of outdoor steps!

The room has some cooking facilities, a sofa, coffee table, breakfast bar unit & 2 stools, storage unit, sideboard, wall mounted TV, freeview box & excellent Wi-Fi broadband connection.
*the desk photographed does not come as part of the bedroom rental as it belonged to a previous lodger but it does have a desk and chair.

Bedroom area has a double bed, duvet, 2 x pillows a (but can provide your own bedding if preferred), bedside tables, bedside lamp, walk-in cupboard with 2 hanging rails & chest of drawers

Fully equipped bathroom with large walk in shower, sink unit, toilet, towel radiator & mirror.
Private offroad parking set well off the main road via a private lane.
There is access to a private patio/garden area with table & 2 chairs via a side gate.

*No pets
*No overnight guests/partners.
*A thorough clean must be undertaken once a week to maintain its high standard.


Towels, & bed linen provided or you can bring your own
Washing included - 1 personal wash per week (bedding & towels will be done fortnightly) or there are launderettes available in Rowstock, DIdcot or Wallingford if you’d prefer to do your own laundry.

**Room rent must be paid in advance. - 1 month’s payment must be paid either in cash or cleared by bank transfer 1 full day before moving in!

Location:
We are under 5 mins drive/10min cycle from Hithercroft Wallingford & under 10 min drive/20-25min cycle to Harwell Oxford, Milton Park & Howberry Park Wallingford.
Less than, 10 mins from Didcot Parkway station and 5mins to Cholsey station - both easily accessible by bike
Approx 30 mins drive to Oxford, Reading & Henley.

There is a fabulous award winning community owned pub located 5 mins walk from our house down a footpath and South Moreton Boxing/Gym/Club very close by too.
