Single room to let

I have single room to let for a lady in my bungalow, for single occupancy only. All bills included and wfi except phone. Four weeks rent will be required up front, then to be paid beginning of each month. I am friendly sociable person and I have friendly pet dog, so you must be pet friendly. Will respect your privacy, will require you to clean up behind your self. Don't mind if you are professional or student or just working. Good bus service to milton park, Didcot, Abingdon and oxford, bus stop 5 mins away.
