The room overlooks the garden and is comfortably furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables, bookshelves, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk with chair.
There is a shared and fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, bathroom, (no en-suite, I'm afraid) and WiFi internet.
Outside, the pretty communal gardens also have undercover bike storage and a great bbq area, and there is on-drive parking for one car.
All bills are included in the rent.
Park Town is an easy 10/15 minute walk or 5 minute bike or bus ride to the city centre, with great restaurants and pubs in nearby North Parade, and Summertown shops 10 mins away.
I work as a freelance arts professional, am very relaxed and hospitable, and would welcome enquiries from professionals or mature students.....
