Single room with a lot of shelving which can double up as an office. Shared bathroom. Free run of the flat and welcome to share the lounge with me. Use of all kitchen utensils. Bus stops to the city centre, Kidlington, Witney and Woodstock very close to the flat. 15 min walk to Summertown.

I'm very easy going and don't have many rules. I just expect the person to respect the fact it's my home. It's all about respecting each others privacy but also being able to get on well.

My last two lodgers stayed with me for 3 years which speaks for itself I think.

No extra bills to pay. If you only want it from Monday to Friday then the rent would be £600 a month
