Dear Friend,

We are looking for a nice flatmate who will share with us our rented apartment. We are a friendly couple with 2 small kids. We used to let our room on Airbnb and just had American student doing Master Degree at Oxford University living with us. Now, we are looking for a new tenant to join us on a permanent or short term basis.

You do not need to pay any deposit, all the bills are on us (incl. Council Tax, Internet, Electricity & Water). The bedroom is furnished.

We are easy going, friendly couple who leads busy, quite traditional healthy lifestyle. Most of the day we are out doing our routine (getting kids to school, going to work, evening sports etc), mostly spending days out. We are home in the evenings and do know how to respect someone's privacy and respect other people's space. We are always open to chat, enjoy a company or accommodate much needed silence or rest.

The location of the flat is one of the best in Oxford. It is right in Summertown, a very quiet, truly peaceful and beautiful neighborhood by the canal. Plenty of shopping areas, nice smart cafes and restaurants, beautiful architecture and lots of transport links to Oxford University or JR. Everyone loves it. We enjoy it here too.

PS PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU NEED A SHORT TERM LET (LESS THAN 6 MONTHS) - The price is calculated per day and the rate is £850 per month which is £28 per day. THE LONG TERM RENT (6 months +) is £750.
