The house is located in a nice neighbourhood in North Oxford. Banbury road is a 2 minute walk away with regular buses going to the city.

Getting a bus to the city centre takes 10 minutes. The house is a 5 minute walk to Summertown and a 5 minute walk to picturesque Cuttleslowe Park.

Further up the Banbury Road is the train station Oxford Parkway (only a 5 minute bus ride away or a 15/20) minute walk. The new station has direct trains running to Bicester (20 minute train ride) and London Marylebone (1 hour train ride).

All bills are included i. e. Light, Gas, water, TV Licence, Council Tax, Virgin Media and Broadband are included in the rent.
