Brilliant Double Room in North Oxford

Moving out of this amazing house at the end of June, only leaving as I'm moving abroad with work, I am genuinely really sad to leave!

4 bed house with 3 other lovely girls, one is a nurse and the other 2 work in medical research areas. A friendly, chatty bunch, often cooking/eating together, but also respectful of each others space. We're clean, easygoing and just looking for a friendly housemate :)

Room on ground floor, looking out to the garden. Plenty of storage in the house. Parking space and road parking available, plus room to store bikes. Two bathrooms, so sharing ground floor bathroom with just one other. Spacious shared living and dining space and well equipped kitchen.

Brilliant location in North Oxford. Close to the ring road for commuters (but without the noise). I work in Witney (20min drive) and living here had been an absolute dream for commuting, an ex-housemate used to commute to Didcot which only took 30mins.
Next door to Cuttleslowe park which is beautiful, lots of bike/walking routes, tennis and volleyball courts, etc.
Brilliant bus service into town centre (15mins) and Kidlington (10mins). 15min walk to Summertown with shops, cafes, restaurants etc. And very close to Oxford Parkway Station (with easy access to London) and a large Sainsbury's supermarket.

£400 rent paid to landlord with £100 bills paid to shared bills/ house supplies pot. £400 deposit required. Looking for move in date 1st July, but can be flexible.
