I work in the university and have 3 children and a cat. We are also currently sharing our house with a mother and child who are Ukrainian refugees.

The room is fully furnished and all bills are included. Broadband included.

Use of shared kitchen and utility room. Use of the garden, No parking available.

I would require a deposit of a month's rent along with a personal reference.
