Sunny room in Summertown

Hi guys!

Huge bright double room available in a lovely flat in the heart of Summertown.

The location is fantastic - right next to the shops and restaurants, with easy access to the city centre by bus or cycle.

The room is large, bright, fully furnished with plenty of storage space, and shares a bathroom with one of the two flatmates. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a nice living/dining room we all share. We are also lucky to have a quite, peaceful garden where we enjoy having BBQs!

The current flatmates Ricardo and Cathrin (Portuguese and German) - professional and post-doc - are super easy going, kind and respectful to your private space. We sometimes hang out together and like to have a chat at the end of the day.

Our flatmate will unfortunately be moving out for professional reasons, so the room will be available from end of August.
Bills for water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet are around £180 per month.
