A furnished double room (with small double bed) is available for single occupancy in a ground-floor flat in Summertown, with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom.

The small double bed has an Emma memory foam mattress. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, chest of drawers and armchair and has a fitted wardrobe.

The kitchen has a washing, and a heated drying rack is provided in the room for drying.

The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.

The flat is close to South Parade with restaurants and a library. Summertown itself has supermarkets, cafés and a leisure centre, and it is a short bus ride to the city centre or Oxford Parkway station.

The flat would be shared with myself and my son (an adult).
