Spacious ground floor apartment in the lovely and quiet area of the Waterways near Summertown shops, Oxford parks and the canal. It’s a 30 minute walk to city centre or 10 minutes by bus or bike.

Double bedroom available with own bathroom for single occupancy. Car park space available. Must be a quiet person and non-smoker.

I am in the house a lot and so I am looking for a quiet person on a short term basis. Visiting scholars or students are welcomed. You will have access to the kitchen and the living area.
