Double top floor room with ensuite in Summertown

Looking for someone to takeover my top floor/loft double room in our 4-room detached house share in Summertown. I am ending my contract a month early because I am moving in with my partner and looking for someone to take the lease of the month of August with the potential to stay on for another year. Rent inc. bills is currently £847 pcm and if you decide to stay for the next year this would most likely increase but last year it only went up by £12 pcm. Housemates are really lovely and friendly, and I have really enjoyed the 3 years I’ve lived here. The landlords are very on top of it and things are replaced/fixed quickly.

Room Features:
• Spacious double room on the top floor (floor not shared with anyone else)
• Full furnished with a double bed, built in storage, drawers, and a work desk
• “En-suite” with toilet & shower (shower shared with other female housemate)
• There is a small room next to the en-suite which you can use as an office + storage for the house
• The heating controls for the top floor and 1st floor are in the room
• Cool in summer as there are windows on both sides of the top floor

House Features:
• Large kitchen with dining table with essential appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer
• Lots of cupboard space and shared household plates/pans/glasses etc.
• You would share the large fridge/freezer with the other female housemate
• Cleaner comes fortnightly and cleans common areas and bathrooms (included in bills)
• Cosy lounge area with TV (licence fee included in bills)
• Paved garden with outdoor seating, BBQ, and bike storage

Location:
• Really quiet residential area/street
• <5 min walk from Summertown's shops, cafes, and restaurants.
• <15 min by bus from city centre (and frequent)
• Also near Sunnymead park and Cuttleslowe park
