Room for Rent on the Woodstock Road Oxford.

A room on the top floor of the house. It includes a study if desired, and is well situated to get into the centre of Oxford or Summertown. The house is quite large with many amenities, sitting rooms, garden, studies and a beautiful collection of paintings.

There are currently two renters one of us is a student the other is a professional, although much of their work is from home so they can usually take care of things.

We have no preference in terms of who we take as a final renter, but it must be noted that one of the jobs we have is taking care of the owner's cats. There are two of them and they are very nice, but they come with the house and we are responsible for their maintenence.
