Ensuite Room in Summertown

We are looking for a replacement sharer for a flat in Summertown which becomes available on September 1 (earlier move-in could be possible). The room is ensuite (i. e., has its own bathroom) and the flat consists of two ensuite rooms, a shared living room and a kitchen. Hence, you would be sharing the flat with one other person (postdoc at Oxford Uni).

The rent is £900 until November and then will increase to £930 for the following months. Utilities including council tax are about £200 per month per person.

The property is managed by FindersKeepers and as the replacement sharer you would sign a lease agreement with them. To do so, you will need to show proof of your Right to Rent if you are not a UK national. Moreover, the letting agent requires other general information such as references if available and proof of income / sufficient funds.

We plan for interested folks to come visit the flat / room within the next two weeks and meet with the flat mate.

There is a strong preference for the new tenant to take over the furniture from the previous tenant.
