The rent is £850 - includes all bills.
I am looking for a single person, non-smoker.
Fast unlimited WiFi.
I have a dog (spaniel-beagle mix) – in case you are allergic.
The bathroom is shared
The house is 5 minutes from bus-stops supermarkets, assorted cafes, gym, swimming pool, chemists, bookshops etc. A 15-minute bus ride to the city centre.
This isn’t a party-place to live - but somewhere where you can concentrate on your studies. There is just me in the house.
Please don’t enquire if you’re an enthusiastic cook (smells).

PS There is a Steinway upright grand in the room.
A visiting academic would be very welcome.
