Hi, I’ve moved out of my room in Summertown and I’m looking for someone to take over the room.

Gorgeous location, right in the centre of Summertown. Less than a minute away from M&S, and Sainsbury’s. There’s a wide range of lovely restaurants, cafés/coffee shops and other eateries. Right next to a bus stop for Oxford City Centre (which is about 10 minutes away, and it’s also a 10 minute bike ride away).

The room is spacious and modern. It comes with a double bed, bedside table, a large wardrobe and set of drawers. The flat itself is also modern throughout and very clean. There’s a lovely kitchen, bathroom and living room area. There are three bedrooms in total.

Current flatmates are friendly - one is a PhD student, one is a professional.

The letting agent and the landlord are responsive and on top of things.
