Comfy Room in a Two-bedroom Flat in Summertown

I'm moving out of the room in a few weeks, and I'm ideally looking for someone interested in renting it from around the 15th of November onwards.

The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, desk, and chair. The two bedroom flat is on the ground floor and includes a shared living room, a kitchen, and shared bathroom.

There’s also a lovely garden at the back overlooking the canal, complete with a bench: perfect for anyone who enjoys nature. The building also has a private garage for bikes, so your two wheels will be safe at all times.

The flat’s location is ideal: it’s about ten minutes’ walk from all the Summertown shops (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and anything else you might need) and five minutes from a bus stop with direct routes to the city centre, taking around 15 minutes.

You’d be sharing the flat only with the landlady and her adorable cat. She’s very friendly and outgoing, loves music, and enjoys playing the guitar and singing with her band at the park.

The only limitation concerns guests: she’s okay with tenants inviting friends over, but as she works early and long hours, guests staying overnight aren’t ideal.
