The apartment is ONLY available for a minimum stay of 6 months or more. (ideally 12 months) This apartment is not available to people looking to do short-term stays, in SA (this is NOT allowed by the management company) So please only contact us if you are looking for a property for yourself to live in.

The property is ground floor and has a large sitting/dining room with windows and doors overlooking the communal garden. There is a large smart TV, sofa, chair and a dining table and chairs. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair for anyone studying from the apartment.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. It also has all the crockery, pots, pans, cutlery and glasses that you will need during your stay. There is a washing machine in a cupboard in the hallway.

The bedroom has a super king-size bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a dressing table. It also has doors out to the communal garden. The bathroom is modern, with a bath and shower over and has a storage cupboard. To the rear is a small balcony area and steps off into the communal garden. There is ample free parking for one car on site.

The location is excellent, there are lots of buses that go into central Oxford, just outside the development. (The Apartment is situated approximately halfway between Oxford city centre and Summertown) You can walk into Oxford or Summertown, to get a coffee or a meal. All you need is in Summertown, supermarkets, independent, restaurants, coffee shops and banks.
