Sadly one tenant has to move away and her room will become available from as early as February 20th but there is room to move in at a later date if needed and this will be for long term with ability to have an enrolling contract situation also the new bill in may allows for 2 month enrolling anyways!

£950 pcm + bills £69 (gas, electric, water, Wifi)
Council tax £115 ( 10 months payment plan, requesting this to change to 12 months in march)
2 Bed Apartment located in the heart of Summertown less than 5 minutes walk to all bus stops and supermarkets etc

2 bathrooms, 1 toilet (so we have our own bathrooms essentially!)

All the basic kitchen appliances ( I've got an airfryer, blender, toaster and kettle that I'm happy to share! And there's already a microwave) you'll probably only need to bring some extra cutlery, plates etc and pots and pans
