Bright Canalside Room in sought-after Summertown

This double room is available in a spacious and modern 2-bed house, a short walk from Summertown Shops.

You would be moving in to a bright double room with excellent storage space (two built-in wardrobes) and a lovely view of the canal and our garden. You would also have full access to the characterful living and dining room, as well as the modern kitchen.

The entire house comes furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a desk and bed.

There are two bathrooms in the house (one with a shower and bath, the other without), and there is a charming patio area which leads into the well-maintained garden. We also have a communal barbecue, which has seen much use in the warmer months and recent weather.

About Me: I (24M) a first-year PhD student at the University of Oxford, researching batteries. I am also a Stipendiary Lecturer. At home, I really love cooking and gardening, and am reasonably tidy.

Ideally, you would be a student at a similar stage of study. Although I am open to young professionals, you would be liable for council tax (Band D). Bills come to around £50 per month, per person.
