**Double Room in Cutteslowe, Oxford – Quiet Owner-Occupied House Share – Bills Included**

A comfortable double room is available in my home in the Cutteslowe area of Oxford with **all bills included**.

This is a little different from a typical house share — you won’t be sharing with a group of strangers or several other tenants. You’ll be sharing the house with me, the owner, so there will only be two people living in the house (my girlfriend will be around ocattionally). I think this makes for a quieter, more relaxed and homely environment.

I’m looking for a quiet, considerate and professional person who enjoys a peaceful home and is respectful of shared spaces.
