The room is in a 4 bed, 3 bath family house in a quiet, leafy part of Summertown. I’m the owner-occupier living at the property with my son (who is studying for his A Levels) and we have 2 cats. As well as the en-suite room, you will also have use of our kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities and the garden.

Outside, there is an off-road parking space available for you and also an EV charge point.
