Bills are roughly £230/month including wifi/council tax etc. The room itself is unfurnished but the flat is furnished with the basics I have bought over the past year living here.
You would be living with 1 other tenant only - a professional girlie working at the JR. I’d love to find someone who is the right fit - friendly and sociable (looking to find someone who feels more like a friend than a flatmate) but respects other people’s space.
