Single Room Available from May 16th

We have a large single room on the 1st floor of a nice flat in Summertown, right in front of the bus stop, one minute walking from all supermarkets, banks and all amenities. The room is furnished with a single bed, two wardrobes and a chair. We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and responsible. The deposit is 350£ plus the agency fee which is 130£ and half of one month rent which is 175£. The bills are not included but it would be around 55£ per month, including electricity, gas, internet and council tax.
