A large double room is available in a spacious two bedroom flat on Banbury Road, 30 seconds walk from Co-op and M&S in Summertown. The room comes fully-furnished with a bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers, desk, and bedside table.

The flat is set over two floors and well-appointed. Downstairs is a bathroom with bath and shower, living room, and kitchen/breakfast room. All kitchenware is provided, but there is room for your own things if you have them. There is also additional storage space in the living areas. The flat has one off-street parking space which is currently unused, and there is indoor space for a bike. Central heating has been recently installed and the flat is very well insulated.

You will be sharing with one considerate and friendly male (age 29), who works for a energy consulting company in Oxford.

Rent is £500 per month, excluding bills (which come to approx. £120 per month). A deposit of £500 will be required.
Would suit a professional who's sociable, considerate, and willing to help to keep the flat clean and tidy. No couples.
