We have a very large, newly renovated, quiet attic room with double bed and new en-suite bathroom for rent from 1st March 2018 for six months or so, which could be extended to longer. The room is well insulated and measures about 6 metres by 4 metres with double doors in a dormer window and a Juliette balcony . This area will have a sofa in it , or some tea and coffee facilities depending on your needs .

We are a family of four, however both young people, aged 21 and 23 are away working and studying. The house has off street parking and use of a shed for a bicycle.

You have use of the large, clean kitchen and secluded garden.

It is a safe area in Summertown. Very near shops and a bus into Oxford City Centre or train to London .

All amenities included, including washing machine and broadband.

We are looking ideally looking for a female, non smoker, no couples .
