Double Room Available in North Oxford

I have a Large Double Bedroom Available in my flat just outside of Summertown (Approx 15 mins walk to Summertown) The Flat is very modern, only built in 2009, with a large kitchen/living room/dining area. There is a balcony and shared garden area, as well as a bike store. The flat is fully furnished (including all kitchen equipment, plates, pans, cutlery etc.) The room has a large mirrored wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and bookcase.
I am looking for a professional flatmate who is clean, tidy and likes to be sociable. I work at Oxford University, and enjoy going to the cinema or for cocktails in Oxford and would love a flatmate who enjoys a glass of wine in the evening and some rubbish TV.
The rent is £800 including all bills (council tax, water, internet, phone, electricity)
The bus stop on Banbury Road is a couple of minutes walk away with buses running in to town frequently and only taking 10 minutes.
Available to move in from mid December for a minimum 6 months tenancy.
