Small Double room in Summertown (535 all incl.)

We have a peaceful small double bedroom to let, at the rear of the house overlooking large garden in Summertown. The room is furnished. The rent is 535 including all bills (council tax, broadband+ wi-fi, gas, water, etc..). Summertown shops are 10 mins walk away. Bus stops within 5 minute of house serve Oxford city center in 15 mins. We are looking for someone ideally for long term professional working office hours. The room will be available from the beginning of August. Currently living in the house three professionals, two male and one female aged between 28 and 35 (one couple renting two rooms), we like to keep the house clean and tidy and socialize with each other, so we would like to find someone like-minded.
