Large double room featuring an ensuite in a lovely house share in Summertown.

The bedroom itself is huge, with lots of floor space and room to make it your own. It features a shower room and a separate toilet and sink area which can be closed off from the main bedroom. The room is situated on the ground floor, with double doors at the rear of the bedroom leading out to the garden and a lovely patio area.

The house features a kitchen with all the usual features (washing machine, dryer, oven/grill, fridge/freezer) and a dining area. There is also a shared living room on the ground floor and as previously mentioned a garden to the rear of the property.

The property is ideally situated with several bus stops near by providing quick access into the city centre and to Oxford Parkway train station which has regular trains into London. Summertown shops are also a short walk away, providing local supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants.

The other flatmates are made up of 4 friendly, young professionals between the ages of 21-26. We all enjoy socialising together, with the occasional house outings for drinks and meals and through watching tv together. We do however respect the need for each other's alone time. Therefore, it is important to find a likeminded, fairly sociable housemate who will easily fit into this dynamic.

The rent is £475 a month, with utility bills raising the total to approximately £550 per month. For the area, this is incredibly cheap and you get a lot for your money.

I'm having to move out due to making the decision to go travelling, but would be staying if I could.
