We are four young professionals (mid to late twenties) who work in different sectors but all like to socialise together. We are looking for a clean, tidy and sociable male housemate who will treat the house like a home - not just a room in house-share.

The house is over 3 levels and includes a huge open plan kitchen and dining room with views into the large back garden and patio which is great social space in the summer for BBQs. The house also has a warm and cosy living room, which is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at work. There are also two bathrooms, one for the girls and one for guys.

All bills (utilities and internet) are included in the rent rate of £455 PCM.

A small double room will be available from 1st of June 2018.

The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the house with frequent buses in and out of the city centre. The wide variety of shops (including Tescos and Sainsbury's), restaurants, cafes and bars in Summertown are only a 10 - 15 minute walk away.
