I'm happy to consider students who would like breakfast and other meals provided but the price per month would be higher.

The house is open plan and quite large with a kitchen, dining and living area downstairs.

The house is located a nice neighbourhood in North Oxford with a 10/15 minutes bus ride to town. A 10 minute walk to Summertown and a 3 minute walk to picturesque Cuttelslowe Park.

Nearby amenities include:

- a local convenient store (marks and spencer)
- a local bus stop being 1 min Walk away
- bus services are very good and run every 5/10 mins during the day and frequently during the night.
- Lots of shops, pubs, restaurants in nearby Summertown
- Cuttleslowe Park
- Close to town, easy to walk, drive or cycle in.

The price for a double room per month is £700 including utility bills and council tax..
