Available: a large double room in my two-bedroom flat in Summertown. The recently renovated room has a very comfortable King bed, in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

My bedroom is next to yours, but I will be away for the entire period, so you will effectively have the flat to yourself.

It’s a beautiful, modern, clean, non-smoking two-bedroomed flat with a balcony, in a quiet and safe block of sixteen flats. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a new Bosch induction hob and oven and a brand new AEG washing machine and Indesit dishwasher, as well as all other appliances. There is high-speed BT Infinity Broadband. Since moving in in 2017, I have renovated most of the flat (newly painted walls throughout, new spotlights and radiators, better flooring, new bedroom carpets). The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and includes a rain shower and a regular shower head.

The flat is very conveniently located. It's a 5 min walk to the Summertown supermarkets, shops and the gym. The bus to the city centre (approx. every 5 mins) takes about 7 mins, just around on the corner on the Banbury Road (Lathbury Road stop), and there are regular buses to Oxford station or to Oxford Parkway. Walking to the city centre takes about 25 mins, and biking is about 10 minutes. There is a bike rack behind the block. There is a parking space which I usually rent out, but can be included for an additional monthly charge of £100.
