Room with beautiful view in Summertown

We are looking for a friendly lodger for our spare room in a quiet and relaxed flat. The room has a lovely big white desk with chair, a pine wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and looks out over eight tennis courts and a grass park. We have fibre optic broadband. Next to the flat, hidden from the close, there's a large community garden, which is great for BBQs when the weather improves. The current flat occupants are both involved with the university: finishing DPhils, starting postdocs and teaching.
