The house is situated by Sunningwell village. It 4 miles from Oxford city center and Abingdon. It is quiet and surrounded by fields. The room is small but comfortable and the house has been well modernized. It would suit somebody working away from home who needs a quiet space to relax in the evening. I am a gardener and have created a lovely outdoor area. There are two popular restaurant pubs near by and many lovely walks. If you want a help yourself breakfast, cereal, toast, tea or coffee, I can add this for a small charge
