Converted barn annex in Sunningwell, double room

This space is a lovely converted barn annex with a double room available with lots of wardrobe space. Shared bathroom with a shower, modern kitchen and lounge with amenities and furniture included. Space for one car and free off road car parking available and garden. I am looking for a professional person to house share with, I working full time but at weekends am studying. Ideally looking for someone tidy, clean and considerate, no party animals. House is not on a bus route but is 5 minutes away from Abingdon, which has lots of bus routes and 20 minutes from Oxford. Suningwell is a lovely quiet village consisting of one pub and a deer farm!
