We are leaving for professional reasons our 2 bedroom house on Jordan hill road with garden near the North Oxford Golf course, with Cutteslowe and Sunnymead park close by, Summertown and Oxford city center within biking distance.

The house is 67 square meters, on one floor (i. e bungalow), both bedrooms are a decent size (12 - 13 m2), bathroom with a window onto the garden with bath and toilet, living area (around 20 m2) overlooks the front garden while the kitchen (9 m2) opens onto the back garden. We have planted veggies that should ripen over the summer and will be for the next tenants to harvest in the fall maybe...

The property is unfurnished, but we would be happy to pass on/sell some of our things to the next tenants if need be (king size double bed, draws, tables, freezer...). The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a washing machine, a dish washer and a fridge. There is a lot of storage space which makes it very functional.
There is a shed in the garden with a lawn mower.

A bus stop to city center and Headington hospitals, or towards the shops in Kidlington, can be found right outside the property.
