Seeking one new tenant for a 2-person flatshare ~5 minutes' walk north of Summertown, in a quiet residential street.

Rent £885/month, plus ~£225/month bills + tax. Council tax band D.

Latest move-in day July, but earlier may be workable.

Flat includes a third small bedroom (included in photos) suitable as an office or guest room. Happy to negotiate on rent share if you would prefer exclusive use of this.

Also includes parking, a garage, a balcony, and spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge-freezer. Second floor. The bedroom for rent is north-facing.

Please note that this would be a transfer-in to a joint contract replacing the current tenant. Unfortunately I am not in a position to change to separate contracts, as the estate agent would need me to move out and then back in! I am looking to remain in this flat for at least 1 year, but no more than 2-3 years.
