Double room in house down lane in village

I am looking for someone to share with who there might be a bit of a friendship with as we would be sharing the same kitchen and living room.

I would like to sometimes share meals and be able to chat and feel comfortable.

I have two daughters who sometimes come back to visit, in their twenties.

The let would be rather on a trial basis but I would give a month's notice if it wasn't working out.

I think I am quite relaxed and easy going but I would like someone who cleans up after themself in the kitchen, while at the same time I do have things lying around in the open hallway as I am sometimes busy with DIY etc and I put things there so you would be fitting in with me rather than the other way round.

There are already 3 cars at this large house belonging to others who live here so parking would be just before coming down the lane, next to the wall. It is the first house on the left as you go down the lane so not far to walk.
