Double bedroom to let with en suite toilet

Double bedroom available for Mon - Friday let at £120/week or full time at £160/week. Spacious modern and clean house with a quiet housemate.
There is a bus stop and a shop right next to the house. Parking bays along the road for local residents.
Very quiet and peaceful location. I don't have a TV but you are welcome to bring one for your room if this is important to you. There is no living room but there a large kitchen and dining room to relax in and the bedroom is big enough for a sofa and TV.
Most bills (Council Tax, water, phoneline, broadband) are included in the rent but we will split the gas and electricity between us if it goes up considerably during your stay. It's very cheap at the moment; well insulated house.
I plan to sell the house after the summer, hence the short term tenancy. But then play it by ear on a rolling basis.
I am vegetarian. It's OK if you're not though.

SUTTON COURTENAY is a pretty village between ABINGDON and DIDCOT on the banks of the River Thames, some 10 miles south of OXFORD. There are 3 pubs serving good food within walking distance of the house. Easy access to MILTON PARK, ABINGDON, HARWELL/RUTHERFORD LABORATORY, CULHAM SCIENCE CENTRE, EUROPEAN SCHOOL, A34 and DIDCOT PARKWAY STATION (fast trains to LONDON and South Wales). It is also on the Route 5 national cycle path.
